The Hollywood farm near Seattle is considered the birthplace of the Washington wine industry. The Stimson family, founders of the Hollywood Farm, started developing viticulture in Eastern Washington. Today, Washington State is a highly-esteemed, world-class wine region with countless awards for its unique profile and consistently high quality. The lower temperatures of the 2017 vintage delayed ripening and helped to retain fresh fruit aromatics and mouth-watering acidity. This is an inviting Cabernet with plenty of complexity, structure and silky tannins. It’s also very versatile with food, perfect with beef tenderloin or pasta. A classic Washington State wine.
