Hailing from the picturesque Curico Valley, one of Chile's oldest wine regions, is Don Diego De La Noche's 2018 Cabernet Moscato. Don Diego De La Noche is a flower native to South America where flowers open in the afternoon and emit a sweet fragrance until they close again when the sun rises. Similarly, this deep purple wine has colourful aromas of jasmine, orange, blossom and nectarine, whilst tantalising the palate with fruity flavours of cherry, rhubarb and violet. It is a light to medium-bodied blend of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon and 50% Moscato that is perfectly paired with Asian-inspired dishes with hints of sweetness and spice.
