The wine impresses with a fruity aroma showing fresh notes of green apple as well as riper notes of passionfruit and peach. A great balance between acidity and subtle sweetness creates an easy drinking wine.
The fruit and light acidity of the wine go perfectly with original Zürcher Geschnetzeltes.
The vineyard Binger Bubenstück has a long wine-growing tradition and was mentioned in records as early in 1532. In 2018 the vines had to overcome a very dry summer. Due to many sunshine hours during the whole growing season until late into harvest time the grapes were fully ripened quite early and of high quality. This wine offers an elegant and fresh Pinot Blanc (Weißburgunder). Aromas of mirabelle, peach, apricot and tropical fruits combined with a beautiful sweetness. Excellent as a dessert wine, blue cheese or even on its own.
